Neighborhood Meeting- Public Welcome

Fellowship Hall, Eastminster Presbyterian Church 4904 Asheville Highway 4904 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN

We are fortunate to have two such accessible and engaged City Councilwomen as Gwen McKenzie and Lauren Rider representing us. I look forward to hearing what these well-informed and thoughtful people think are the major issues and opportunities for us in East Knoxville. They are also two of the very small circle of nine individuals who will decide what form Recode Knoxville takes.
Many civic issues have long-term implications, but most of them are narrow in scope. Recode Knoxville is different because it will affect how our communities look, how well they function, how well they can accommodate varying income levels, how we travel through them, and whether we can preserve their unique features.
